Rule this world !

“If I have the power to rule the world, I would......” the truth is, there are soooO many things that I would like to do if I have the power to rule the world. But definitely, there is only 1 thing that I really2 would do, which is to turn our mother earth into a clean and green world!

No more tobacco plantation, focus more on recycling, compulsory to all people to use only hybrid transportation, and etc. Well it sounds like cruel to people, worse than Adolf Hitler maybe, but I do think about the future. Besides, I RULE the world! =P

Just look at our world nowadays, there are so many save-our-world campaigns. Our world had started to decay since very long time ago. But why now we do realize to preserve our world? So, in order to save our world, I as the ruler of the world would do anything.

For the sake of our world !

Dys-Oh-Alexia !

Well my story started around 3 years ago, when I learned mathematics. I found so many things weird-rare-symbols that always confused me. The upside-down of letter ‘A’, reversed of letter ‘E’, so I was thinking, where did all these things came from?

So 3 years later, during my mathematical class with Mdm.Ehem2, she said something about a syndrome which is being called ‘Dyslexia Syndrome’. So I started to think again, what is the relationship between mathematics and that-so-called syndrome? It’s so funny to ask Mdm.Ehem2 directly during class. So, with my effort, with my own intelligence, I made research about that-so-called syndrome.

Hence, the results are as follows:

“Dyslexia is a broad term defining a learning disability that impairs a person's fluency or accuracy in being able to read, writes, and spells, and which can manifest itself as a difficulty with phonological awareness, phonological decoding, orthographic coding, auditory short-term memory, and/or rapid naming. Dyslexia is separate and distinct from reading difficulties resulting from other causes, such as a non-neurological deficiency with vision or hearing, or from poor or inadequate reading instruction. It is believed that dyslexia can affect between 5 to 10 percent of a given population although there have been no studies to indicate an accurate percentage.

There are three proposed cognitive subtypes of dyslexia: auditory, visual and attention. Although dyslexia is not an intellectual disability, it is considered both a learning disability and a reading disability. Dyslexia and IQ are not interrelated, since reading and cognition develop independently in individuals who have dyslexia.

Accomplished adult dyslexics may be able to read with good comprehension, but they tend to read more slowly than non-dyslexics, and may perform more poorly at nonsense word reading (a measure of phonological awareness), and spelling.”  - From Wikipedia

Now I understand where all these symbols came from. Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, they all have this syndrome. Instead of ‘A’, they wrote the upside-down of ‘A’, just to say ‘ALL’. However, based on this, I would like to conclude 1 beautiful fact in our life. It doesn’t matter if you are a disabled person, not smart, not clever, because it does not mean that you are a useless person. You just have to discover and unleash your potentials, and then you will become special.

You know what guys, life is just so beautiful J

My Educational Aspiration 2011

Hello, Farah here. To be honest, I really don’t know what to talk about ‘educational aspiration’. Because it would be the same old said. Consider my previous results, I would say that because of it, I feel inspired to study more and maintain it. Of course I will need to arrange my time well between study and activities that I joined in MICET.  I also want to add here that my loving mom was very happy with my July 2010 results, so.. Deep down inside my heart, I want to see her happy like that again. I will try my very best just to be able to have the chance to watch her glowing face smiling while looking at the ecitie page J I love you ma, so much!

Kal Ho Na Ho

I used to think, life is like a fairy tale. When you wish for something, and try to get what you wish for, you will succeed.
However, as I grew up, I found out that, no matter how much effort you put in to achieve something, you won’t always get it. Why? Because God have other plans for you. Simple example, I want to be a doctor. In fact, I want to be a loving, caring, successful doctor specialist in Gynecology. Yes, I even dreamt of specialist in a field. But now, I am studying in University of Kuala Lumpur, MICET taking Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons) in Process. I always asks myself, am I happy? You know what guys, I am truly happy. Do I achieve my ambition?  No!
But somehow.. What God had planned for me all this while still makes me so happy, still makes me feel grateful. I like the environment here in MICET.  I love studying chemistry and physics. I also love my English class with Madame Syerina  J I am being honest ok? Not to mention, my own dear cousin is studying here with me in MICET! How great is that right? And.. Well, let’s just say that I found the happiness that I have been looking for. Even my mom is happy because I am happy. That means the world to me.
I just hope that I will be strong enough to accept God’s test in the future. For now, I am going to study smart in order to get good grades. Of course, I am still going to have fun in between and always make sure that my happiness stays with me.
Life is just too beautiful to be wasted.
Live like there is no tomorrow – “Kal Ho Na Ho”
Good luck guys! J
Lastly, song for the week, enjoy!
